About Us: Red Rover Pet Resort Dog Daycare And Boarding
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual who has a passion for animals to join our team as an Animal Caretaker. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the care and well-being of our dog guests.
Responsibilities:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Caring for animals, including supervising play groups and providing basic grooming and feeding
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
- Assisting with front desk duties and providing excellent customer service when necessary
- Completing other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
- Physically capable of engaging with animals and performing tasks that may require lifting and bending
- Willingness to learn and work with various dog breeds
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to a timed routine/schedule
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with animals is a plus, but not required
