We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative/Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and sales support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify sales opportunities to drive revenue. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers, build rapport, and provide clear information.
- Analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and proactively recommend products or services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and confidently recommend products or services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, office tools, and computerized systems for data entry and sales tracking.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales quotas and KPIs.

- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not required.
