What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician/Construction Laborer position at RED SHAMROCK BUILDING AND REMODELING LLC?
Local commercial/residential construction company looking for a Service Technician/Construction Laborer. Position requires a variety of skills including: (but not limited to) delivering equipment and/or materials to a large convenience store chain, completing open service calls, construction maintenance, and repairs/remodels.
Applicants must:
-have construction experience to include the knowledge of operating basic hand tools and reading a tape measure
-possess A VALID driver's license with means of reliable transportation and good driving record
-be a motivated team player with the flexibility to travel/stay out of town overnight for work
-be able to follow direction, willing to learn new skills, and operate in a safe/healthy working manner
-be able to lift over 50 pounds
-be able to pass a CDL physical, Drug test, and Background Check.
OSHA10, OSHA30, Forklift/MEWP certifications are a plus, but not required.
Starting pay will be commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
