Job Title : IAM Architect

Location : Remote

Type : 6 - 9 Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description :

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect who is passionate about ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and data, with a strong focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies.

What You will Do :

Innovative Solutions : Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data.
Lifecycle Management : Help oversee the lifecycle management of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Access Control : Design and enforce access control policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with IT, Product, and business teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing and new systems.
Risk Mitigation : Regular audits and assessments of IAM processes to identify and mitigate risks.
Training and Guidance : Assist in the development of training for staff on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
Documentation : Help develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, standards, and guidelines.
Project Leadership : Assist in leading IAM projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure our IAM posture is robust and aligned with industry standards.

What We're Looking For :

Education : Relevant combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Experience : Solid experience in IAM, with a focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies and customer identity a plus.

Certifications : Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar are highly desirable but not required.

Nice to Have : Experience with SAP, Workday, customer identity (CIAM), and identity management operations.

Subject Matter Expertise : Deep understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control - with a strong focus on automation

Strategic : Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term IAM plans.

Synthesis and Executive Presence : Experience in advising leadership on IAM risks, strategies, and investments.

Effective Communication : Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Interpersonal Savvy : Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Extensive experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units.
