Job Duties:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Red Star Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure and downtime
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure effective use of resources
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Operate various types of machinery, including mills, lathes, and welders, to complete repairs and maintain facilities
- Use PMXpert software to process work orders and manage parts for repairs and preventive maintenance
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical systems, or HVAC (preferred)
- Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
