Job Description
The Plastic Injection Mold Operator is responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process and requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Packaging and labeling finished products
- Perform preventive maintenance on molds
- Assist with training new employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in injection molding
- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints
