We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct reports; however, some tasks may require coordination and supervision of contractors.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with typical starting time at 7:00 am. Extended hours may be required during yearly shutdowns to assist with major project completion.
Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing data in Mapcon to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation in a systematic manner.
- Collaborate with Drafter/Designer on reviewing existing drawings using AutoCAD and providing feedback.
- Work closely with Maintenance Engineers and Project Engineers to create and maintain assets in CMMS software.
- Assist the Engineering Department with entering accurate information into CMMS software.
- Develop efficient and effective PM's with the Reliability Team.

Requirements:
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of drafting principles is required.
- Ability to read and develop technical drawings is essential.
- Ability to access all areas of the facility, including work at heights and in tight spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2006 or higher is preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
- Ability to navigate the CMMS software is required.
