- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all client interactions are documented in our systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing client services and improving overall satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong office skills with proficiency in computer applications relevant to customer service operations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
