Job Description

As a Cleaner, your role will be vital to the upkeep of the appearance of common areas in the apartment community. You will be expected to maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the interior and occasionally the exterior of the apartment community, ensuring a welcoming impression for residents, guests, and team members on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain building common areas which could include exterior facilities.
• Identify and utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of overall safety and cleanliness while performing duties.
• Communicate with Property Manager and team members regarding property upkeep.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or general cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor; with ability to work around fluctuating conditions due to societal or environmental factors.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member will be required to climb stairs consistently throughout their shift. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work flexible hours if needed.
