Job Description:
As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communities. Your responsibilities will include conducting market surveys, showcasing available units, and facilitating the leasing process from tours to move-ins. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date unit availability, processing rental applications, managing maintenance requests, and overseeing collections in accordance with Red Tail’s standards. Additionally, you will provide clerical and phone support, ensure accurate community member files, and coordinate scheduled move-ins to ensure apartments meet Red Tail’s quality standards.
In this role, you will also address resident concerns, conduct move-out inspections, and escalate any pertinent issues to the Supervisor as needed. Strong organizational skills and adaptability across multiple properties will be essential to your success. Lastly, you will be expected to perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor while upholding Red Tail’s commitment to exceptional service and community engagement.

Physical Demands:
The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
Attendance/Travel:
This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

Qualification:
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prefer knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check
Learning and Development:
Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through our Companies continuing education programs.
Education:
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
One year of experience in the service industry is preferred.
