Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Red Tail Residential in Wheaton, MD. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring property occupancy, and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills
- Maintenance Coordination and Repair Management experience
- Marketing and Advertising skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
