Responsibilities
front of house schedule
back of house scheduling
inventory control and ordering
cleanliness
training staff
working on specials / lunch specials / lunch menu
quality control
expedite when busy to help staff
help to meet Dept Of Agriculture standards for health codes
interviewing future staff as well as, relieving existing
when slow telling some to go home, to keep tight ship on hours

prior restaurant management experience is a must
