More specifically, the Entry Level Outside Sales Manager will:
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
- Be the first point of contact for both customers to help solve product or service questions, any new inquiries, and customer complaints.
- Support our sales team by assisting in the sales cycle and presenting products that best suit customer needs.
- Identify any new market trends and inefficiencies to enhance the support customer service in market and improve the customer experience
- Work with a diverse team of individuals in a team environment and attend weekly meets that will suffice customer service skills
Entry Level Outside Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
