This position starts at the entry-level to develop key sales techniques, clientele management, event strategies, and enhancing our reputation across the region.

Entry Level Business Manager Responsibilities:

• Providing exemplary customer service to all customers
• Keep a record of any communication between yourself and customers for quality assurance
• Contribute to a welcoming work environment through positive interactions between other team members and upper management
• Using surrounding resources and leadership, act with a sense of urgency to resolve any customer issues
• Contribute input during team meetings to help reach sales quotas and development goals
• Follow all essential guidelines from both management and the client
