Road to Hire (R2H) is hiring a Corporate Relations Manager who will lean in as an account manager for R2H's corporate partner companies. The Corporate Relations Manager should be motivated by the opportunity to develop and create opportunities for under-served youth and young adults in our community. A successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is excited to roll up their sleeves and engage in every element of our programs. This role involves building and maintaining deep relationships with our partner companies as well as our program participants of many different backgrounds and experiences, engaging volunteers and partners to wholeheartedly support students and supporting students' professional development.
The Corporate Relations Manager will be a mission-driven individual with an acute eye for detail, a strong ability to take initiative, comfort interacting with students in groups and individually, and confidence in adeptly balancing many priorities. This person will engage and partner with senior leadership and functional leaders across the organization.
What You'll Do :
Partner Development and Relations - 80%
- Help to refine and enhance the corporate-partner relationship management process
- In partnership with the leadership team, creating and supporting the development and management process of our partner relations
- Engage in strategy creation and execution, including community engagement approach and building out partner relationships
- Provide organizational and logistical support to the Road to Hire team
- Manage end-to-end program operations for one of Road to Hire's key impact areas
