What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations | Energy (Hybrid) position at Red Ventures?
As a Senior Analyst of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with leadership and teams across the Energy portfolio to analyze our P&L, build financial models, and use data analysis to influence key business decisions. The role will include P&L Management, strategic communication, customer lifetime value management, opportunity modeling, report building, and ad hoc strategic projects. This person will engage and partner with functional leaders to report on and analyze opportunities to ensure we hit our monthly and yearly financial goals. You won't just analyze the data - you'll own your work; from ideation and strategy to implementation; focusing on a variety of projects directly driving long-term business impact.
What You'll Do
- Own weekly reporting to senior leadership on the pacing and health of our Energy business
- Own financial modeling for quarterly, annual, and long-range planning
- Work with the accounting team and business unit leads on the monthly financial close process for the Energy business
- Own data and reporting funnels for all revenue streams of the Energy business units
- Provide in-depth analyses and insights to drive our sales strategy and identify key business opportunities
- Own strategic projects working across multiple teams focused on accomplishing key initiatives to drive profitability
- Foster a culture of data-based decision making and an accountability for metrics and results
