IT Compliance Administrator

The Role:

The IT Compliance Administrator is an entry-level position that will be responsible for assisting our Information Technology (IT) Compliance team. This role focuses upon the preparation of customer and vendor information security questionnaires, providing support for IT internal controls reviews and testing, and providing administrative support to a variety of IT compliance and Information security related requirements.

What You Will Do:

• Assist with daily IT Compliance team operations and provide general administrative support.
• Prepare customer and vendor information security questionnaires.
• Gather review and testing evidence.
• Conduct or participate in reviews and testing of various IT applications and systems to ensure information security processes and procedures are effective and complied with.
• Monitor compliance of third parties with legal, regulatory, customer required privacy obligations.
• Partner with Information Security and other teams for IT Compliance matters and findings remediation.
• Prepare reports of review and testing findings for review by management, including recommended remediation as necessary.
• Assists various business units in implementing and maintaining information resources security and compliance.
• Recognizes information security-related problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations/exceptions to the appropriate stakeholder(s).
• Assist in the updating and documentation of IT policies, standards, and guidelines.

What You Bring:

• A bachelor's degree &/or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, in information technology, compliance, accounting, auditing or a related field.
• Experience using MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to take initiative, work independently, and effectively adapt to changes.
• The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• The ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, while working within established timeframes.
