In this role, you will work in a highly distributed, Linux-based environment that utilizes the latest open-source technologies, cloud computing, and our proprietary distributed search and computing platform. Your expertise in testing and automation will help build a high-performing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting the 'shift-left' mindset within the software development team.

The Role
We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton. Your expertise in testing and automation will help build a high-performing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting the 'shift-left' mindset within the software development team.
What You Will Do
- Develop test cases for a diverse product suite, including web, mobile, API, and batch systems, as well as various internal pipelines such as data builds and search.
- Collaborate with the QA Manager, Developers, and Project Managers to plan, monitor, and report on testing strategies, coverage, and progress.
- Define testing strategies based on feature specifications.
- Review unit test cases and, where possible, automate end-to-end test cases.
- Actively engage in all Agile ceremonies and contribute as an Agile Tester.
- Design, gather, and share quality metrics with the Development team and stakeholders.
- Test applications integrated with third-party systems.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Strong QA Experience with Good Knowledge of both Manual and Automated QA Life Cycles.
- Experience testing both rest API, web UI, and Mobile applications.
- Best practices in Quality Assurance.
- Experience creating testing solutions for dynamic products due to inherent variance in underlying data.
- Knowledge of JSON.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- BA/BS degree in CS, Engineering, etc. or equivalent experience.
- Curious, methodical, and attention to detail.
- Able to quickly learn new applications, technologies.
- Multitask and prioritize projects as the need arises.
- Experience in Python, Selenium, XML, and HTM, SQL, Linux, AWS and/or Jira a plus.
