Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at One Plant Cannabis, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring patients have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service: Helping patients find the right products to meet their needs.
- Building lasting relationships: Offering personalized service to create a welcoming environment.
- Utilizing product knowledge: Staying informed about industry-leading products to assist patients effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Educating and advising patients both in person and over the phone.
- Order Fulfillment: Preparing orders, entering product information, and calling patients with product requests.
- Inventory and Cash Management: Assisting with inventory control and cash handling.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining member records in compliance with state laws and company policies.
- Customer Service: Greeting members, scheduling appointments, and overseeing member intake and renewal procedures.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.
- Support: Assisting the Dispensary Manager and other staff as needed.

- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and passing a background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
