Job Description
We are a local, family-owned Red Wing brand franchise looking for a few Sales Associates to join our team. You will be joining a team of hardworking, motivated, yet laid-back individuals who provide top-notch products and customer-service to all customers coming into our stores. No experience needed, paid training!
Job open at Sacramento location with possibility of working at Citrus Heights Location occasionally as well.
Pay:
- Starting at $17.50 per hour sales incentives
- Pay possibly higher with previous shoe / sales experience
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Red Wing brand products to new and existing customers
- Greet customers as they enter store
- Understand customer's work and personal footwear needs and assist in finding the correct product for each customer
- Look up customer's accounts and ring up sales including use of register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock room
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
