Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service with product inquiries and purchases
-Be willing and able to study and learn product details via on-the-job and online resources
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Bilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse customers
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
