Data analysis should be reported out to key business leaders, with the overall goal of learning from the analysis and helping leadership optimize a variety of business functions towards greater utilization of resources, profitability, and workflow efficiency.

Data analysis should be reported out to key business leaders, with the overall goal of learning from the analysis and helping leadership optimize a variety of business functions towards greater utilization of resources, profitability, and workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Inform Red Five leadership on the data strategy framework to assist in ensuring its relevance and effectiveness over time;
- Work with Red Five leadership to develop a comprehensive Company data strategy to align with organizational goals and objectives;
- Compile, organize, and maintain the Company Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard and reports;
- Create, organize, and maintain project management dashboards and platforms to facilitate decision-making for leadership and analyst teams;
- Establish reporting methodologies for time tracking, catering to both analyst and director requirements;
- Design, implement, track, and analyze customer feedback surveys to optimize project performance;
- Implement an organized methodology for tracking contract renewals, leveraging renewal data for strategic planning;
- Generate reports to track marketing qualified leads, facilitating informed decision-making for marketing strategies;
- Monitor, analyze, and provide Red Five leadership with updates on performance metrics, business trends, and market research by preparing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations;
- Perform other duties as assigned or required, including additional marketing responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred;
- Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal guidance as well as within a team;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment;
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication (both written and oral) skills;
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; as well as Mac OS;
- Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States;
- Fluent in English; and
- Willingness to submit to any requested background checks.
