Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key MacOS and Apple product accounts while actively seeking to expand the customer base.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for MacOS and Apple product sales strategy, offering insights and tailored recommendations to clients.
Strategy Development/Execution:
- Forecast long-range sales, track inventory levels, assess product needs, and regularly communicate insights to key internal stakeholders.
- Proactively reach out to new customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct phone and virtual presentations to prospective customers, showcasing products and solutions.
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing and finalizing sales contracts.
- Monitor and track performance to meet established sales quotas and goals, regularly reporting progress to management.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular sales calls to nurture relationships, follow up on leads, and drive customer retention.
- Log all prospecting activities in the CRM system and use data and metrics analysis to measure and optimize sales performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction with MacOS and Apple products.
- Address customer requests, complaints, and issues promptly by collaborating with the necessary internal departments.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Track of inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, managing logistics to avoid stock shortages and fulfill customer orders promptly.
Qualifications/Education:
- 5 years of similar experience in Apple and MacOS product sales
- Moderate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Knowledge of MSCRM system would be preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of computer/hi-tech equipment, specifically MacOS
