Solution Architect (On-site, NY Tri-State Area)
Redan LLC is looking for a Solution Architect to be part of a growing team.
The Solution Architect will support full systems life cycle applications development on various computer platforms, including a variety of client eligibility and recertification systems, employment / work engagement services, and claims systems with established standards, ensuring all solutions align with the agency's mission and objectives.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the changing needs of the organization. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Solution Architect at Redan, you will :
- Develop and implement data architectures and solutions.
- Develop and implement data architectures that meet all the business requirements and industry standards to allow users to see landlord records, allow many-to-many links between landlord records and accounts etc.
- Design and implement data solutions that support business processes and decision-making which will help that will have a streamlined process for the users in requesting for additional documents, disbursing allowances, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration with other DSS systems along with the integration developer for all the related systems.
- Oversee data management practices, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management for the property-unit-owner relationship, sync CurRent and POS client, unit and landlord data to maintain better data health and reduce duplicate property / landlord records in the system.
- Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability for making better payment processing, renewals, claim workflow, etc.
