Redapt is looking for a self-motivated highly experienced DevSecOps Engineer with deep experience in infrastructure solutions and services. The focus of this particular role is around maturing our security programs, enhancing DevOps practices and partnering with our development team. We are looking for a well balanced engineer with applicable hands on DevOps, Security and some development / coding experience. Ideally starting in development and have progressed up through the various DevOps and Security practices.
Responsibilities :
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and solution development for cloud-based DevOps solutions
- Partner with project teams, functional architects, systems specialists, and other technical resources
- Developer Threat Models and Security Architecture
- Own DevSecOps security strategy
- Build out automation, CI / CD pipeline and work with various monitoring tools
- Understanding risk management and the security of systems / data.
- Assume responsibility for technical presentations, and technical deliverables.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation teams while working in a coordinated manner to deliver and deploy the designed architecture
- Provide Cloud & Code thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements as needed
- Support the development and growth of Modern Data Center Practice / DevOps Team

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
