Senior Client Director, Sales
We are seeking an Sr Client Director on the Sales team you will help grow Redapt’s Enterprise sales business. As part of an entrepreneurial team in the rapidly growing tech industry, the Enterprise Sales Executive will help shape the future of Enterprise operations through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud solutions and services.
As a Sr Client Director, you will be responsible for reaching out to targeted accounts and growing greenfield territories. By advocating the power of our solutions and the breadth of technical expertise, you will collaborate with our practice teams to work opportunities through the full cycle. Using your business acumen and passion for technology, you will help organizations enhance their growth across infrastructure, applications, and data solutions. This may include prospecting, setting appointments with key decision makers, and qualifying needs around future cloud expansion initiatives. You will also be required to complete various training requirements focused on datacenter technologies in server, storage, networking, software, and other emerging fields.

What will you do?
- Drive opportunities and grow datacenter infrastructure solutions, professional services practices in the US, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) technologies
- Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with internal practice and delivery teams to meet client requirements, and serve as the primary customer contact for all opportunities
- Cultivate opportunities, drive sales, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire portfolio of our services offerings
- Meet the infrastructure and professional services selling targets every quarter, while prioritizing a positive experience for customers and prospects
- Meet the services selling targets every quarter, while prioritizing a positive experience to customers and prospects.
- Ability to build & nurture relationships and deliver results.
- Identify new enterprise business opportunities by creating and driving your own sales pipeline.
- 10 years of sales experience and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- It preferable if your sales experience is in technology (infrastructure, ISV, or consulting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)
- Technology solution selling track record related to successful software implementation and application development projects is a plus
- Ability, confidence, and experience communicating with C-level clients
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required
- Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Established track record of selling large-scale data, infrastructure and app development projects to enterprise customers
- Travel typically 25% or more with minimum of 5 overnights per month
