Responsibilities And Duties
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a process automation roadmap focused on AI-driven solutions and process optimization.
- Collaborate with the technology team to define and shape Redaptive’s automation stack, ensuring scalable tools (RPA, AI, process mining) are adopted.
- Mentor the Process Improvement team, driving innovation and AI adoption.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities through data analysis and process mapping.
- Align automation initiatives with enterprise goals, prioritizing impact, scalability, and ROI.
- AI & Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with the technology team to select and deploy AI-powered automation platforms and tools.
- Develop AI use cases grounded in business needs and revenue outcomes.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and automation technologies, partnering with the AI CoE to pilot and scale new tools.
- Continuous Improvement & Change Management:
- Integrate AI into continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of automated processes.
- Collaborate with the AI CoE to pilot and scale automation technologies.
- Operational Execution:
- Oversee process mining and data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Oversee automation project design, deployment, and scaling with AI integration.
- Collaborate with IT and digital product teams to ensure automation solutions align with Redaptive’s tech ecosystem.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for automation delivery and sustainability.
- Process Improvement Team Leadership:
- Upskill the team in modeling, analysis, and documentation for automation alignment.
- Provide mentorship and training on process mining, AI tools, and automation technologies.
- Foster collaboration between the PI and BSA teams to document processes, identify bottlenecks, and inform automation strategies.
- Implement standardized process frameworks and governance models to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Track team performance to align efforts with enterprise KPIs, ensuring measurable improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and the BSA team to align automation strategies with business needs.
- Present automation strategies and results to leadership, demonstrating impact.
- Automation, AI Knowledge & Integration – Strong understanding of automation and AI technologies and their application in process automation.
- Strategic Leadership – Proven ability to craft and execute long-term automation strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Collaborative Mindset – Ability to work closely with technology and BSA teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Operational Excellence – Track record of delivering automation projects that drive measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Analytical Thinking – Leverages data, process mining, and AI insights to drive automation decisions.
- Change Leadership – Comfortable leading complex change initiatives and driving enterprise-wide adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in process automation, operational excellence, and AI-powered automation in complex organizations.
- Proven experience managing automation teams and leading enterprise-wide automation programs.
- Strong expertise in AI, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), process mining, and BPM technologies.
- Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) to drive automation initiatives.
- Demonstrated collaboration with technology teams to scale automation stacks and integrate AI solutions.
- Certifications in AI, Lean Six Sigma, process automation, or Agile methodologies preferred.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI models (preferred).
- Experience managing or building a Center of Excellence (CoE) for automation and AI (preferred).
