Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects from start to finish, overseeing planning, management, and tracking progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing high-level external relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Focus: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, managing overall relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Reporting and Escalations: Prepare and present progress reports to customers, and handle any escalations to keep projects on track.
- Collaboration: Work directly with customers to ensure deliverables meet scope and timeline requirements, engaging the Account Team as needed to address any unforeseen needs.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in vendor and budget management, risk identification, and mitigation.

- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership and management support of program that bring value to our company and our customers
- Build relationships with teams, providing servant action-oriented leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and effective facilitation to support the creation of high-performance, cross-functional team.
- Analyze complex business problems to provide appropriate solutions; implement solutions that leverage technology to accomplish stated strategic business objectives.
- Assess, manage, and resolve risk to the overall Program, impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of Leadership
- Set Program objectives and establish clear measures to successfully define and meet Program deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Utilize the change control process to track schedule changes to the Program
- Define Program's Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures
- Responsible for revenue for the team and strategic alignment of Program to business unit objectives.
- Manage implementation of Scope of Work as the customer’s trusted point of contact – operating as an owner’s representative
- Hire and manage vendors/ contractors
- Budget Management, including change orders, vendor invoicing approval, contingency/ allowance management, and margin preservation
- Always ensure quality construction standards and safety
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
- Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce program reporting
- Delegate program tasks based on program members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Manage programs across multiple delivery streams and across multiple complex non-standard product solutions.
- Drive strong relationships with customers by being a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Expert critical thinker; strong quantitative and qualitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with construction management software packages.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Deal appropriately with first-time or unusual problems; seek relevant guidance and support.
- Able to evaluate and respond to change orders from contractors

- BA/BS degree required
- 4-6 years of program management, or 2 years' experience in a relevant field such as energy services, construction management, energy installation, vendor management
- Familiar with multi-scope projects, solar and HVAC technology is a plus
- Customer facing, B2B, complex PM experience
- PMP, desired.
- Knowledge of the following systems:
- Microsoft Office suite
- Salesforce
- Asana (or similar)
- Program management tool (Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)
- Outstanding knowledge of construction and/or performance contracting processes (order management, documentation management, process improvement, strategic planning etc)
