Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves interpreting and analyzing data to help us make marketing business decisions and will work with the Director of Marketing to maintain reports and dashboards and communicate to stakeholders and marketing.
We are a voluntary, cost-sharing non-profit through which we meet each fellow Christian's needs.
Duties
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to identify trends and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Query databases and extract relevant data for analysis.
- Find ways to improve reporting process and automate tasks
- Present insights and discoveries to stakeholders
- Remain informed on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, marketing, or reporting
- 1-3 years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- SQL servers experience
- Mastery of statistical analysis
- Prior experience working with data warehousing or database design
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Methodologies
- Google Analytics
- Google Analytics certification, HubSpot certification, Python or R certification, or Meta Ad Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
