We are seeking someone with 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales to join our team as an Account Executive. Responsibilities
- Execute plans to achieve sales goals
- Find client needs and position our software as the best solution in all stages of the sales process
- Use pre-sales engineering resources to provide proof-of-concept solutions
- Nurture and build strong customer relationships
- Work with marketing, customer success, and product development teams to improve sales strategies and product offerings
- Remain up-to-date about trends in the industry and new technologies that are relevant to our markets
Qualifications
- Capable of passing background check and drug test
- Success at meeting or exceeding quotas
- 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales and experience in complex cycles
- Humility, ambition, and intelligence
- A quick study who can figure out technology
- US citizenship or permanent resident
- Willingness to work full-time in-office
- Strategy: you know the intricacies of enterprise software sales and can navigate decision-making processes easily
- Industry familiarity: our software is horizontally capable and applies to many industries, including financial services, government, manufacturing, and energy. Broad business acumen is a must. You can spot unique use cases and provide off-the-shelf solutions to meet many business needs
- Demonstrated success: you have closed deals in complex environments. You know the terminology and details for the integration, security, and compliance requirements for the world's largest organizations, and you can also speak with clarity to stakeholders. You do not just sell but spot needs and solve them through technology
- Problem-Solving: you are not restricted to sales tactics, but are eager to experiment with strategies that enhance sales process and increase win rates
