Responsibilities
- Maintain security and oversee daily operations of the maternity home during assigned shifts
- Coordinate meals, chores, and resident accountability measures
- Provide emotional support and spiritual guidance to residents as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse individuals.
- Willingness to live on-site and do weekday overnights, and every other weekend. (overnights are not required to be awake-hours)
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian values and principles.
