Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Email Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HubSpot implementations, integrations, and strategies.

We are a voluntary, cost-sharing non-profit through which fellow Christians meet each others' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot
• Manage integrations and workflows to maintain efficiency across different departments
• Oversee permissions, user onboarding and training, and data integrity
• Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales departments to fulfill their requests and find solutions for technical issues
• Maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs
• Provide training sessions and maintain documentation on features and workflows
• Stay updated on HubSpot trends and best practices in marketing automation and data analysis

Requirements

• Commitment to living a Christian lifestyle
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of experience in HubSpot administration or marketing automation
• Track record of managing HubSpot integrations and implementations
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing best practices, and marketing automation
• Capable of working in fast-paced environment and adaptable to updates in technology
• HubSpot certifications and data analysis experience are ideal but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
