Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in concrete, framing, siding, and finishing. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read blueprints. We want energy, drive, and adaptability.
Duties
- Perform any task from concrete work, finishing, framing, to siding, with an emphasis on framing and siding
- Read blueprints and interpret them to ensure proper project execution
- Complete projects efficiently and in accordance with high standards
- Utilize framing nailers, skilsaws, and other hand-tools
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Experience with concrete work, finish, framing, or siding
- Highly preferred are grading, ditching, backfill, driving machinery like telehandlers and backhoes, painting (interior/exterior), roofing, flooring (LVP, hardwood, tile), and minisplits installation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
