Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist with advanced Excel skills to join our accounting team. This role will support daily accounting operations & cash posting, assist with financial reporting, and help maintain accurate records. Responsibilities
- Process and verify client payments through various methods including ACH, checks, credit cards, and cash
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and produce timely reports, including AR aging and cash flow projections
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and payments
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain a high level of service
- Evaluate customer credit risk by analyzing credit history and references
- Track key accounts, take corrective actions, and report findings to management
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manager
- Play a key role in bank reconciliation and assist in financial reporting preparation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment
Salary : $26 - $28
