Job Summary

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our business operations, including project control, human resources, and IT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic technical writing skills for documentation and reporting
• Manage and update funding within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and develop funding allocation plans
• Communicate charge guidance to employees, and oversee employee travel
• Monitor funding plans to anticipate contract end dates and prevent shortages or overages
• Report funding expenditures to customers via portals and manual reports
• Facilitate HR processes, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and company policies
• Coordinate benefit changes with vendors
• Prepare and process payroll
• Maintain up-to-date training for all employees as Assistant FSO, and coordinate VAR requests with employees and customers
• Coordinate with outsourced IT consultants to maintain CMMC compliance and provide necessary hardware for employees
