Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Site Design and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. This role requires a Professional Engineer License (or if the candidate is close to obtaining it, they will be considered) and some experience in project management. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and overseeing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design team from design phase to completion
• Develop and review civil engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam to create detailed design drawings and perform quality control checks
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
