Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connections, servers, and data center infrastructure
- Monitor critical systems and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
- Act as the first point of contact for network issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Provide timely and effective assistance to customers regarding data center services, technical issues, and account inquiries.
- Utilize data center monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and notify customers as required.
- Gather necessary data for issue replication, problem determination, and/or escalation administration.
- Monitor all business-critical systems and escalate issues accordingly.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks for server hardware and network devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot reported problems with hardware, software, OS, applications, and device compatibility.
- Work closely with data center technicians, network engineers, and management to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment in a data center environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, or similar
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
