Responsibilities
Strategic Advancement
- Shape the strategic vision of the school in collaboration with the School Board and lead the development of short- and long-range strategic goals
- Oversee development and implementation of financial and operational strategies
- Evaluate progress towards goal achievement and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure a gospel-centered culture in which students are equipped to engage the world thoughtfully and biblically
- Uphold high standards of excellence and achievement in academics, arts, and athletics, as well as in all supporting operations
- Promote a thriving workplace environment with clear expectations, ample growth opportunities, and competitive compensation
- Represent the school to members of Trinity Presbyterian Church, taking care to nurture ministerial alignment between the church and school
- Build strong ties with current and prospective families to bolster admissions and retention, partnership and investment, and advocacy
- Grow community awareness and investment by promoting the mission of the school throughout the Opelika/Auburn area
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex organization and manage conflicts biblically
- Strong financial acumen and ability to oversee operational strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Salary : $100,000
