Responsibilities
- Lead and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to finish
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential deals
- Report and update CFO on progress of mergers/acquisitions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary : $100,000 - $200,000
