Our dedicated crews and supplier relationships allow us to handle any commercial or residential project.

Responsibilities
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Tax preparation
- Controller- review bank accounts to find potential fraud, double payments
- Financial analysis- create reports
- Knowledge of construction estimating and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a desire for income success
- Maintain comprehensive financial records
- Process and track accounts payable/receivable
- Handle bank account management and reconciliation
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for management
- Provide regular financial insights and recommendations
- Accrual, job based accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with financial record keeping and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills
- Experience in tax preparation
- Familiarity with CRM software
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
