Description : Summary :
The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing the nurturing relationships with key clients. This person will help ensure the Sales / Marketing departments have all the tools, resources, and systems to achieve sales revenue targets. The management of key performing indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and improve decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Responsiveness : Quickly addressing customer inquiries and concerns both internal and external.
Monitor and analyze key account performance against set KPIs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements :
Education and / or Experience
Associate degree or equivalent work experience. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the
general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Proficient in MS Office.
Other Qualifications
Schedule : Your regular work schedule will be approximately 40-45 hours per week. Monday through Friday, however all schedules are subject to change according to Company requirements.
