Redbeard's on Sixth has been in the heart of the cultural district since March 2013. Redbeard's is Pittsburgh Premier Sports bar for the past 30 years.
We are currently hiring experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to help oversee our growing business. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage restaurant operations and oversee a diverse team of talented individuals. The Restaurant Manager will have strong analytical skills, an ability to plan out projects and the autonomy to implement their ideas. We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organized individual who is excited about working in a growing and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all employees receive proper training.
- Assist in creating schedules for employees.
- Assist in recruiting new employees and conducting interviews for new positions.
- Determine appropriate staffing levels for company locations.
- Assist in maintaining high quality food and beverage suppliers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Be a part of generating new promotional ideas.
- Assist with social media.
- Assist with Party recruiting and set ups

Salary: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
