Sr Counter Intelligence Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Counter Intelligence Analyst with deep expertise in CBRNE analysis, all-source intelligence, and Department of Defense programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, has extensive experience supporting US Army or DoD intelligence initiatives, and is ready to lead impactful analytical efforts.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience criteria:

• MA/MS in a related field AND 12 years of experience as a CI Agent or CI Analyst supporting US Army or DoD intelligence projects
• BA/BS in a related field AND 13 years of experience as a Senior Analyst on similar programs
• AA/AS degree AND 15 years of experience as a Senior Analyst supporting US Army or DoD efforts

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience with all-source intelligence, data evaluation, and analysis
• Advanced knowledge in CBRNE analysis
• Strong understanding of analytical tradecraft principles
• Demonstrated success in long-term research and coordination projects
• Proficiency with intelligence tools and databases
• In-depth knowledge of DoD, DIA, DCI, DA, and National-level Information Security Programs
• Skilled in Foreign Disclosure and the National Disclosure Policy
• Knowledge of data transfer protocols between classified and unclassified systems
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analysis methodologies
• Experience reviewing and editing analytic products to ensure accuracy, rigor, and clarity
