Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, managing calendars, and organizing necessary resources.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, such as conferences, seminars, or team-building activities.
- Provide recommendations on streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
- Communicate with employers to understand project, event, or campaign expectations and goals.
- Collaborate with employers, finance teams, and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds.
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring clarity and understanding of responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update relevant stakeholders on status and timelines.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues or conflicts, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and documentation related to projects, events, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in an environment that lacks structure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reports, documents, and scheduling.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, employers, and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.
