- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance systems
- Complete make readies in a timely manner as assigned
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to complete work orders and make readies
- Experience troubleshooting and installing heating and A/C systems
