Roll Off Driver

Redbox Dumpsters now hiring an experienced full-time time roll-off truck driver.

Redbox Dumpsters of Southwest Florida is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market.

Redbox Dumpsters of Southwest Florida is a boutique company - small, family owned and exists to offer exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, respectful, timely and safe driver to join our team.

The best fit for this role will happily maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped tandem axel truck, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Duties

• -  Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer jobsites safely
• - Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• -  Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• -  Maintain relationships with project managers
• -  Perform Safety Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• -  Log Driver Hours as required by DOT guidelines
• - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck
• - Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions and updates on routes
• - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• -  Empty containers at disposal sites
• -  Clean/Service portable toilets
• -  Tarp containers during transports
• -  Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites
• - Manage critical parts inventory at your base staging yard
• - Maintain base staging yard, organize supplies, perform and maintain lube maintenance of your assigned truck and dumpsters.

Skills

• -  Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time
• -  Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• -  Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• -  Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary
• -  Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public
• Excellent teamwork with a focus on fulfilling our promises to the clients

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• 2 years minimun Roll-Off Driving Experience is Required
• Bilingual is a plus
• -Must provide current Class B CDL driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the US
• Familiarity of Southwest Florida Metro areas
