ROLE:
As an Analyst on the Debt Advisory team, you will develop, learn and be critical to the development of the growing US Debt Advisory practice while also supporting projects for the larger well established European team.
You will actively participate in the international development of the Debt Advisory Practice and be based in the US Houston office with occasional travel to other Redbridge offices and client meetings.
The various tasks across our global practice will include:
- Participate on all aspects of a client engagement: modelling liquidity and financing needs, analyze financing structures, credit positioning, determining the optimal financing structure, preparing requests for proposals, developing term sheets and reviewing financing legal documentation, bank profitability (RAROC), etc.
- Advisory Project Management (agendas, next steps, organization of milestones with the client, status report, coordination of different steps and tasks with multiple stakeholders, etc.)
- Draft information memorandum / lenders or investors presentations and RFP materials
- Analyze the results of RFPs (analyze and compare responses and produce executive summaries, key messages, presentations, etc.)
- Prepare reports for engagement results and interim deliverables for clients
- Client origination-prepare PowerPoint pitch decks, provide analytical support to identify target clients, and participate in client meetings and conferences as needed
- Marketing (support for completion of studies and publications)
Profile required :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
- 1 to 3 years of experience in banking (including internships), in a finance department or in consulting, where you have developed strong financial modelling skills
- Series 79/63 will be required within 3 - 6 months of hiring. Additional Securities licenses are a plus (7 or 24). *Please note that a criminal record could be a barrier to obtaining certification.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in a second language is a plus (especially French)

- Good knowledge of one or more financing instruments (bank debt, bond market, factoring, etc.) and of corporate finance/treasury
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills

- Advanced use of Excel & PowerPoint preferred
- Working knowledge of relevant software tools and applications (financial information platforms such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, etc.)
