What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Sales & Marketing position at Redbridge USA Inc?
Redbridge is looking for a Senior Sales leader to shape our North American Cash Management, Payments and Debt Advisory sales organization and scale revenues to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an effective, modern sales and marketing strategy focused on mid to large corporates as well as further developing our sales and marketing teams.
The person should be excited by Redbridge’s pioneering approach and proposition and by strategizing how to further accelerate revenue growth. The role requires the ability to effectively manage and develop our sales and marketing processes team expertise and competencies.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and deliver annual sales plans to accelerate revenue growth from target clients
- Ensure adoption of best practice sales and marketing processes
- Identify new business opportunities and develop resulting sales and marketing strategies
- Develop/deliver effective campaigns and conference client contact processes in close collaboration with Sales Ops, Marketing and Product areas to drive sales and brand awareness
- Represent North American Sales & Marketing at the Redbridge Executive Committee
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and deliver strong cross sales processes to optimize client revenues
- Develop and deliver structured client relationship management processes for target clients
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Join client pitch meetings to provide coaching and pitch / closing support to sales and product teams
Team Management & Development:
- Provide coaching development and support to sales team to ensure effective opportunity identification, pitching, nurturing and closing
- Set clear sales objectives, performance metrics, and career development plans
- Foster a strong, collaborative team spirit across all stakeholders.
- Develop sales expertise and competencies within the team
- Ensure regular sales and product training
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team
Sales Process & Business Development:
- Design and implement an effective sales process to drive efficiency and high conversion rates
- Work closely with product advisory teams to optimize alignment between sales and product teams
- Proactively identify market trends, connect the dots, and spot opportunities for growth
- Ongoing monitoring and management of sales and marketing KPIs
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly and quarterly Salesforce sales forecasts and reports are accurate
- Ensure Salesforce client data is up to date and accurate with the support of sales Operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial advisory services.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product advisory.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and team-oriented with a strong ability to connect the dots.
- Willingness to travel as required.
