Join Our Team
We are seeking a passionate and experienced elementary school teacher to lead small-group instruction in Reading, Writing, Math, Critical Thinking, World Studies, or Observation (Art / Science) for 2nd and 3rd graders. At Red Bridge, we group students based on skill levels rather than traditional age-based grade levels, allowing us to tailor learning to each student's unique needs. You'll be guiding small groups of 12-15 students, focusing on meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the skill levels of your students.
- Collaborate closely with the Red Bridge teaching team to create innovative learning experiences.
- Observe and assess students' progress regularly, taking notes to inform instruction.
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow educators about student achievements and challenges.
This full-time position reports to the Head of School. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in elementary education and a genuine enthusiasm for the subjects they will teach.
