About the Role
As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and securing residential property deals. You will play a key role in our acquisition pipeline and help grow our portfolio of investment properties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate investing and property analysis while growing with a company in its expansion phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Source residential properties through real estate sales channels: inbound leads, referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with motivated sellers, wholesalers, real estate agents, and local property sources.
- Analyze real estate deals to determine investment value (ARV, comps, rehab cost, ROI, etc.).
- Negotiate and close property acquisition contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and deals in our CRM system.
- Track and be accountable to performance KPIs.
- Follow up with both new and older leads consistently.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in real estate investing and a desire to build a long-term career.
- Background or experience in real estate sales, property acquisitions, or inside sales is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building.

Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays for inbound lead coverage.
Compensation
- Base Salary Starting at: $24,000 annually
- Commission: Uncapped performance-based bonuses
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $86,600–$90,200 annually
